How to use
When replacing granulated sugar, use a ratio of 2/3 cup date syrup for every 1 cup of sugar. In baking recipes, you can replace honey, maple syrup or molasses with date syrup for delicious caramel-like flavours.

In an airtight container in the fridge, your date syrup will last for several weeks.
