Heilala Vanilla Pure Vanilla Extract (Double Fold) comes from the source, undergoing a highly-scientific yet natural process (cold-pressed, slow extract), where our dedicated local Tongan growers and pickers hand select only the most premium vanilla beans, which then undergo our unique, patented Heilala Vanilla three month cold extraction process to ensure that vanilla’s 200+ flavour compounds are purely extracted. This process means you get a real vanilla extract that tastes as a vanilla bean extract should.
Double Fold concentration means that half a teaspoon is equivalent to one teaspoon of standard vanilla extract so when used in a recipe, the dosage is halved.
