Caring instructions: Never wash your wooden board, wipe off flour, use a bench scrapper or a damp sponge to clean any stuck patches of dough, store boards in a vertical position, in a cool climate to allow airflow on both sides of the board. Wood is a natural material, improper care can result in damage to the board.
